Dota2MMR is a game-boosting service with a team of Dota 2 veterans who assist gamers gain in-game experience. I was tasked with developing a custom pricing model to incorporate weighted ranking systems, enabling dynamic calculation of subtotals based on the player's in-game ELO. The core of this pricing algorithm was implemented on a Node.js backend, ensuring efficient and secure price adjustments tailored to each gamer's specific needs and achievements. To complement this backend functionality, I developed a frontend checkout process using React, which was embedded into their existing website. This project highlighted my ability to merge complex backend algorithms with user-friendly front-ends, creating a cohesive digital solution.
