Auntflow (a prominent menstrual product brand) needed to modernize their digital footprint, manage their massive B2B operational leg in Shopify, and adapt to rapidly shifting national tariff policies. I engineered an extensible front-end pricing calculator that processed complex form data to determine custom tiered rates, overhauled the homepage, and integrated Chargebee to handle automated recurring B2B invoicing. The most critical challenge involved reacting to shifting trade regulations and architecting a high-stakes tariff surcharge system with strict defensive programming. Ultimately, this hyper-secure, fast-paced tariff implementation garnered immediate value for the business, while the broader architectural overhauls successfully modernized their entire DTC and B2B sales channels.
