PCA Skin (a major skincare brand within the Colgate-Palmolive portfolio) required continuous site reliability engineering for their high-traffic headless direct-to-consumer storefront alongside the architectural development of a multi-tenant B2B2C microsite ecosystem. I hardened their headless Nuxt DTC platform by establishing shared artifact registries and enforcing strict coding standards. I was also responsible for architecting the infrastructure for their “professional-to-consumer” pipeline. My engineering efforts provided day-to-day stability for the high-volume DTC while establishing the enterprise-grade foundation necessary to scale their professional network.
